Hi Jenny. If you want an ever bigger burn try lunging back with 10 pound plates on the squat bar! I did this with 35 pound plates right after 12 super slow squats. OMFG! It got the crease right under my butt cheeks. Who doesnt need work there right? I think the trick is repeating the same leg for about 10 reps (or however many you can do) instead of alternating legs. Try that and let me know.
