Big Changes To Come

It is 7: 43 am and just as I sit down to write I hear my little guy calling me. Do Moms ever get a break? Not unless we lock ourselves in the bathroom and be very very quiet right? Well I have decided to make a huge change. After 11 years of being in the salon I am quiting. I am selling out to my partner and moving on to bigger and better projects. This transition is so exciting to me I cant even express how free it make me feel to have ability and drive to make a change.



When I think about wealth I am not only thinking of money. I am thinking of time and time affords your all sorts of freedoms. My big change will afford me the time I seek to be a better Mother, a better wife, and to follow my passions. I will be able to concentrate on building my platform as a figure competitor and going pro. This will be my backing and proof that being a Mom in a thong is attainable! We are smart, dedicated, and confidant Moms. And when you are confident you are beautiful! Find your passion, make a decision to better your life, don't waste time and go for it. You are worth it.

The Most Amazing Thing!

The most amazing thing happened today. I was gearing up for my morning run and I decided to take an extra supplement. I am a supplement junkie. I love them and I easily get myself into trouble with them. Aka more is better sort of thing. I took my thermo and I took my muscle fertilizer. I reached for something new. Relief FX. Hmmmmm. Should I or shouldn’t I? Of course I should. Relief Fx is a new supplement by Health-FX Nutraceuticals, the best supplements in the world. I very personally know the chemist behind all of these wonderful products so I should know! It is a blend of White willow Bark 550mgs and Ginger 500mgs. Not everyone has the time to stay in the gym long enough to work every muscle group individually.
Today’s lifestyles leave minimal time for some. However there is a way to hit most of the muscle groups at the same time by using multi joint movements. Workable strength is enhanced by using this method anyway.
The three main exercises will be the Dead lift, Squat and the Bench press. The Dead lift works the lower and upper back, the hamstrings, traps and the forearms and abs to some extent.
The squat works, not only the quads and hamstrings, but the calves, lower back, abs and glutes too.
The flat bench, done with a variety of widths and ascent paths will hit a myriad of muscle groups in the upper torso including Pecs, triceps, anterior and medial heads of the shoulders, Lats, and the brachialis muscles in the middle of the upper arm.
To give these exercises priority will leave very few isolation movements to complete a total body workout. Just twice a week, spending an average of 90 minutes, will show great results for minimal time spent. Add curls, sit ups and some sort of rear delt movement and you’ll be working every muscle group in a very efficient and time saving way.

My Favorite Clean Eating Recipes

Eating clean is not a diet! Eating clean is a way of life. If you eat clean you feel good. It will help motivate you, you will feel better about yourself, and you will give out positive energy to those you encounter. Clean eating is a way to build your self esteem and a way for you to become a role model for your own family.

To eat clean is just what it says. If it comes out of a box or window, dont eat it. If it tastes sweet, spit it out. You want to consume food that is as close to nature as you can find. You may worry that Clean Eating lacks flavor and imagination, but nothing could be further from the truth. Here are a few of my favorite meals for you to try. Try these and tell me that aint some good s&%t!

Shrimp Jambalaya serves 4

-1/2 cup chopped onion
-1/2 cup chopped green pepper
-1 clove minced garlic
-1 (16 oz) can stewed tomatoes
-1/2 cup water
-2 bay leaves
-1/2 tsp thyme
-1/4 tsp basil
-1/4 tsp red pepper
-dash pepper
-1 lb deshelled shrimp
-2 cups cooked brown rice
-Pam cooking spray

INSTRUCTIONS

In a saucepan coated with Pam, cook onion, pepper and garlic until tender. Stir in stewed tomatoes, water, bay leaves thyme, basil, red pepper, shrimp, and cooked rice. Bring to a boil and reeduce heat. Cover and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes. Stir frequently.

Note: If you don't like shrimp you can substitute chicken breast.

Calories: 220, Fat: 2 g, Carbs: 35 g, Protein, 16 g



Cherry Tomato Meatballs Serves 1

INGREDIENTS:

-1 lb lean ground sirloin
-12 cherry tomatoes
-2 egg whites
-3/4 cup Panko
-1/2 cup milk
-1 1/4 cup chopped onion
-salt and pepper
-1/2 tsp oregano
-1 tbsp parsley
-Pam cooking spray

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a bowl, combine all ingredients, except meat and tomatoes. Add mixture to ground sirloin and mix well. Shape 1/4 cup of the mixture evenly around each tomatoe so that the tomatoe is hidden inside the meatball. Spray a baking dish with Pam. Place meatballs in baking dish and bake at 375 for 25 to 30 minutes.

calories: 104, Fat: 9 g, Carbs: 4 g, Protein: 10 g.



Dinner in a foil packet
It's a WRAP serves 4

Adjust oven rack to its lowest position and heat oven to 500 degrees. Or heat gas grill, igniting all burners on high for atleast 10 minutes.

-1 1/4 to 1 1/2 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch slices

-1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
-4 large garlic cloves, minced
-4 large green onions, minced
-1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
-1 tsp. lemon zest
-1 tsp. each, salt and ground black pepper
-1 pound of your choice of veggie: asparagus, bell peppers, sliced mushrooms ect.

Instructions:

Mix protein, flavoring and vegetables in a bowl. Tear off 4 12-by-18-inch sheets of heavy duty foil; divide mixture among them, arranging protein atop veggies, each in a single layer. For each packet, bring long sides of foil together and fold over about 1/2 inch; crimp to seal. Repeat folding and crimping, lengthwise twice more. Fold ends twice to seal. Set packets on rimmed baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes. Let packets stand for 3 minutes.

My mission for this site is to inspire and educate Moms.

Yet, most Mom's feel that this is not attainable due to having babies. In fact, this is the number one excuse for not achieving aour best physiques and health! However, even after our bodies have been stretched from pregnancy and our boobs sucked dry into flat pancakes after nursing, its still there ladies. You still have it. In fact, you can be in the best shape of your life!

Lea-Ann here ladies. My mantra for Moms in Thongs will always be to help moms look and feel their sexiest. However,this blog is for all women. The gym is my life - it’s the only time in a single day where a busy, successful Mom can just focus on herself. Seriously. I am there 5 to 6 days a week. There are no excuses ever. That brings me to something that has bothered me since I first started my gym life 14 years ago.

There are beautiful hot bodied women working their asses off. They look so amazing until….. they turn around! Full butt panties under tight workout pants is not hot. Not at all and never will be! I dont know what these gals have against the thong but it has to stop. All of those squats and lunges dont mean anything unless you showcase your hard work in the best way. A tiny string in your crack is a lot more comfortable than a wad of panty. I promise. You may feel like your rear is not thong worthy. If this is the case wear less fitted clothing until you get in the shape you work so hard for. There is no woman out there who doesnt want to look and feel sexy. So take my advice. Ditch the full butts, put a thong on and be proud to wear one. Thongs are HOT!

Here are some tips to improving your backend-

1. Sugar is the devil. It gives you wrinkles and a fat ass. Dont put it in your mouth except for special occasions.

2. Add protein to every meal. I Gram of protein for each pound you weigh a day to increase muscle and burn fat. Whey Advanced protein shakes add tons of protein on the go.

3. Squats and lunges. Any kind any way. Just do them. There is no machine that will give you the same results that heavy weights will give you.
